Grand Opening Radisson SAS Iveria Hotel, Tbilisi The Radisson SAS Iveria Hotel designed by GRAFT celebrates its Grand Opening on October 23rd, 2009. The conversion of a 60's hotel high rise building into a five star Radissons SAS Iveria Hotel accommodates 249 rooms, including 44 Business Class rooms, 15 Suites and one Executive Suite, Italian Restaurant Filini, Surface Restaurant and Lounge Bar, a conference centre with fully equipped 10 meeting rooms including divisible Ballroom with a maximum capacity of 450 persons, a bank office and a travel agency. A two-floor roof top ANNE SEMONIN spa and wellness facility and the roof top Oxygen Bar provide stunning views over the city of Tbilisi and to the Caucasus. A two-level Casino Iveria is affiliated to the hotel. The project's goal is to transform an urban landmark building of the so-called international style by anchoring it in the local environment of the city centre and by reconnecting it to the world of today. Der Umbau eines sechziger Jahre Hochhauses beherbergt ein 5 Sterne Radisson SAS Hotel mit 249 Zimmern, einschliesslich 44 Business Class Zimmern, 15 Suiten und einer Executive Suite, ein Filini Italian Restaurant, Surface Restaurant und Lounge Bar, ein Konferenzzentrum mit 10 voll ausgestatteten Besprechungsräumen und einem teilbaren Veranstaltungsaal für bis zu 450 Personen, eine Bankfiliale sowie ein Reisebüro. Die zweigeschossige ANNE SEMONIN Spa und Wellness mit angegliederter Rooftop Oxygen Bar bietet einen Blick über die Stadt Tiflis bis zum Kaukasus. Das zweigeschossige Casino Iveria ist dem Hotel angegliedert. Die Intention des Projekts ist es, ein Wahrzeichen des sogenannten Internationalen Stils durch Verankerung in der lokalen Umgebung und Wiederverbindung mit der heutigen Welt zu transformieren.
