Appartements La Duchère Lyon - 6 Mar 2013
The 60 apartments, divided into block 7 and 8 are situated on Balme Hill in the district La Duchère in Lyon. The apartments are facing Boulevard Balmont on the South and benefit from a panoramic view of the city due to the sloped topography of the site. The beauty of the exceptional geographical situation surrounded by dense vegetation has driven the design to open up the maximum area of exterior spaces in the form of a shared garden and private terraces.

Mozart ZAC Housing - 10 Dec 2012
For Tectoniques, this project represents a relatively recent process of reflection and production – that of collective housing in an urban landscape. The team is familiar with the theme of habitats: accommodation for elderly and/or dependent people, tourist residences or private houses. But this is their first design for urban social housing.

Jacky Suchail Architecture Urbanisme has recently installed eight new public toilets in the Tête d'Or. They are easily visible and conveniently located on the perimeter of the park and at strategic points within it. They are all different, though with a similar basic form in wood and concrete: plinth, superstructure, screen and sun shades.

Lyons Building : Hotel de Region Rhone Alpes - added 8 Jun 2011
Regional power is growing stronger, and thus needs to assert its presence, to be symbolized in the urban space. Immediately the building shows its interior composed of debate and meeting areas. The luminous web of the various rooms is defined by the office buildings, which are coiling around and over it, thus diffusing the natural light and multiplying the sights.
This new kind of open block unveils a whole inner scenery to the court and the street to embrace the city. The interpenetration of inhabited solids and voids sets a visible forum, a political square.

House in Lyon - 20 Dec 2011
This French house, whose name is a play on the owners' names, occupies a previously empty space in the residential Croix-Rousse district of Lyon. The house turns away from direct confrontation, and exploits chinks in the landscape in order to optimise the views and ambiances.
