LAST CHANCE TO SEE ‘TOWARDS ANOTHER ARCHITECTURE: 24 SUSTAINABLE PROJECTS’

‘Towards another architecture : 24 sustainable projects’ is an ambitious exhibition showcasing projects by some of Europe’s leading sustainability architects. Now in its final fortnight, this is the last opportunity to see the exhibition being held at the Fundación Canal in Madrid.

The exhibition offers a detailed analysis of 24 architectural projects – two from each of the 12 participants – to inform and explain what sustainable architecture is, the problems that need to be overcome and the solutions that can be provided.

Architype, a UK architectural practice that has won numerous awards for its sustainable designs and integrated eco-minimalist approach, has been invited to exhibit two of its acclaimed projects:

Genesis Centre:

The Genesis Centre, an education resource for Somerset College, and St Luke’s in Wolverhampton, the first BREEAM Excellent rated primary school in Britain.

The exhibition includes projects from a variety of sectors including: schools, corporate headquarters, government buildings, homes and eco-towns. Some of these works are now a reality and others are in process.
