Mixed-Use Nottinghamshire Building, England
Project by M+O Architects, England, UK
Working with the Local Authority, M+O Architects conducted the masterplanning
for a series of urban blocks with communal gardens at the centre of
the overall plan.
By working with the Local Authority and understanding the planning
system and local context, M+O Architects were able to achieve planning
consent for a 10 storey mixed use development adjacent to a Grade
2* listed railway station and only a few metres from a Grade 2 listed
mill building.

M+O Architects created a clear design rationale with efficient space
planning to create a striking peice of modern architecture which both
achieves high design standards and delivered the maximum value for
the Client.
The development combines 128 apartments with over 4,000 sq.ft of street
side commercial accommodation.
The project is now on site and due for completion in autumn 2009.
