At 251m, this tower is located on the well known Sheikh Zayed Road. Chelsea Tower is a 251m high, 51-storey building which is prominently located on a prime business plot on Sheikh Zayed Road within Dubai’s ‘skyscraper mile’. The client’s prerequisite was a building that departed from the uniformity of other buildings on Sheikh Zayed Road. The tower comprises 282 one, two and three bedroom apartments distributed over 49 floors. There are 172 three-bedroom apartments, 82 two-bedroom apartments and 24 one-bedroom apartments.
