Strøget Copenhagen, Denmark

Indkøb: København, Danmark

Location: Indre By, Copenhagen
The longest pedestrian street in Europe apparently, a major part of why Copenhagen feels so civilised to walk through

By architect Eva Jiricna, relocated from Newcastle workshop, England, to Strøget: originally in famous London store by Jiricna. Birger Christensen is a famous (and expensive) fur shop.

Buildings near to Strøget include:

Rådhuspladsen (Town Hall Square)
Contains the Town Hall along its southern edge and the 'telephone building' in the northern section by the bus stops, containing tourist information
