The riverside (Hun river) location of the site is exploited as a landscape
quality for the 3 new residential districts. A variety of different housing
structures were developed for the village. These range from urban villas
to terraced houses and other housing schemes around private green courtyards.
Thus the individual villas are set along a system that form urban
fabrics. The entire urban scheme is organized as a archipelago of villages,
each of which is to have its own sub centre.
The new development also contains three public function centers. The first
of these is situated along the riverfront, which is to become a promenade
with leisure facilities , e.g. hotels, cinemas, sport complexes,
restaurants and commercial units. The second centre is at the very heart
of the district, besides the .. road and is to host commercial facilities
as well as care and health. The third is situated along the 3 ring road
opposite the university this one is to host offer a full life style center
experience, hotels, as well as offices for trading sports leisure and
commerce.
