INSPIRATION:
By practicing the concept of trinity of architecture, interior design and landscape，we will perfectly elevate the advantage while at the same time avert the disadvantage. We take “float” as the core of the trinity concept, so the designs of architecture, interiors and landscape are all centered on it.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
On the one hand, the overall design should elevate the good natural environment and make the building stand out so as to attract customers as it’s a sales center. On the other, the building should look sculptural, therefore, much consideration should be given to the types, selection and detailing of steel structures.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Due to the shape, the whole building uses a steel structure; therefore, construction technique is very important for construction.

By employing light and exquisite steel structure as a supporter, the building is elevated above the ground as if it’s floating. And therefore, our first floating concept is realized.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
This project is a building sales center for a large community that is going to be built by several phases. As the center will be in the front of the park, the overall design should elevate the beautiful natural environment of the community and make the building stand out so as to attract customers and contribute to good sales.

CHALLENGE:
The construction site is in a low-lying land. By employing light and exquisite steel structure as a supporter, the building is elevated above the ground as if it’s floating. And therefore, our first floating concept is realized. In fact, the building is lifted by 5 meters, which means the ground level of the building will be higher than that of the road and sideway, and this make it very easy for people inside the building to see the beautiful forest park across the road.
