Sea View House, Black Sea Coast, Bulgaria 2007 I/O architects Private house T otal area 1100 sqm Project 2004 C onstruction 2005-07 Everything in this house originates from its connection to the sea. The initial program for two independent houses in a plot with one already existing led to a single terraced structure providing equal relation to both the terrain and the sea view. The long swimming pool divides the three independent courtyards and is directly accessible from all of them. The main spaces are horizontal and entirely open to the sea. The backside secondary spaces are connected to the sea view through the narrow courtyard between the house and the fence.
