Swanke Hayden Connell Architects - Latest Designs Shekou Network Valley Buildings, Guangdong Province, southern China picture : Swanke Hayden Connell Architects Shekou Network Valley Buildings - 29 May 2012 International architecture practice Swanke Hayden Connell Architects has unveiled its master plan for the mixed-use scheme at the Shekou Network Valley in Shenzen City in Guangdong Province. The master plan design follows the natural pathway flowing between the Danan Mountain range in the west, through the Lizhi Park to the waterway of Shenzen Bay in the east. Palladium Tower Project, Istanbul, Turkey picture : Swanke Hayden Connell Architects Palladium Tower Project - 15 May 2012 Swanke Hayden Connell Architects has won the design competition for the Palladium Tower project, in Istanbul, Turkey. The 49,500 sq metre project, located on the Asian side of Istanbul was commissioned by Tahincioglu Gayrimenkul (Tahincioglu Real Estate). It consists of an office tower situated on a 1.7-hectare site. Yiwu World Trade Centre, Zhejing Province, Central Eastern China picture : Swanke Hayden Connell Architects Yiwu World Trade Centre - 13 Apr 2012 International architecture practice, Swanke Hayden Connell Architects has unveiled their scheme designs for the World Trade Centre paid competition project in Yiwu City, Zhejing Province, Central Eastern China. The 462,750 sq metre project, commissioned by Hangzhou Duonaohe Real Estate Co., Ltd consists of four towers, with the tallest being 62-floors connected via a common retail podium. Nanning Wuxiang HQ Building, Southern China picture : Swanke Hayden Connell Architects Nanning Wuxiang HQ Building - 26 Mar 2012 Swanke Hayden Connell Architects has unveiled their scheme designs for the 139,000 sqm Nanning Wuxiang Headquarters paid competition project in Nanning, the capital city of Guangxi Zhuang Province in Southern China. The project consists of a two tower, mixed-use office, residential and retail scheme commissioned by Nanning Wuxiang New Zone Construction & Investments. Suzhou Jin Ji Lake Project, Jiangsu Province, China picture from Swanke Hayden Connell Architects Suzhou Jin Ji Lake Project - 21 Mar 2012 International architecture practice, Swanke Hayden Connell Architects has unveiled their scheme designs for the Suzhou Jin Ji Lake paid competition project, in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province eastern China. The 163,500 sqm complex, commissioned by Jiangsu Jiarun Real Estate Co. Ltd, consists of a 33-storey office tower, two hotel towers and a retail podium with an entertainment building.
