City Block 9, North Wall Quay, Dublin Docklands, Ireland
A Planning Application for a group of four commercial buildings which will provide 36000sqm of Grade A office space located at City Block 9, North Wall Quay in the Dublin Docklands has been submitted to Dublin City Council under the SDZ Planning Scheme for the area. The scheme in its configuration will also provide a formal public courtyard addressing the River Liffey along with a number of new pedestrian streets through the city block.

The yellow lines describe the mega columns/cores/entrance foyers while the white rectangle which measures 112.5m x 20.0m delineates the outline of the main building volume which will begin 6.50m above ground level.

Planning Permission granted by Dublin City Council in February for a 2400sqm six-storey-over-basement office building at the junction of Hanover St and Lime St. The site is within the Dublin Docklands SDZ area. The building will be naturally ventilated with clear span floor plates and will have a full height sun shading screen of bronze anodised expanded metal on its two main street frontages.
