Penteli mountain house
In a plot on Penteli mountain that has a slope of approximately 45%, the architects were asked to design a house on an existing concrete bearing structure. The owner’s intention was a total reform of the original plans of the house and garden with the minimum alternations possible on the existing structure. The house is arranged in four floors and the garden in three levels in order to take full advantage of the view towards the city from indoors and outdoors.

N. Kifissia Office Building
The office building is situated in N. Kifissia, Athens – Greece. The building was designed for a pharmaceutical company and comprises three floors above the ground and two basements. Offices, meeting rooms, a restaurant and a library are arranged on the upper floors while basements serve mainly for parking and auxiliary uses. A large area of the first basement is occupied by a multi-functional hall that can be used as one or three halls

The four houses complex is located in Porto Rafti, an area by the sea in a distance of approximately 40 km from Athens. Porto Rafti has been a vacation house area for many decades, but recently new roads have been constructed and an increasing number of population chooses to live here permanently.

The house is located in Porto Rafti at the eastern part of Attiki, in a seaside area that lacks urban planning. What was substantial in the design approach was the need to create internal views in order to avoid the anarchy of the surroundings.

Greek offices building
The project is a three – storey office complex that consists of three buildings that create two independent volumes with unified common spaces. The main design concept was to order the volumes on the perimeter of the site , to emphasize the access points and to provide flexibility of interior partitioning .In the center of the site , a common courtyard provides access to all buildings.

“The Wave” residential building is adjacent to the Glyfada Golf Club from the east. The design process envisioned two interconnected volumes within one continuous structure parallel to the property’s longer side, in direct conversation with the natural characteristics of Place and the view.
