Award-winning Manchester Architects Makin Architecture’s landmark building on Upper Brook Street has been handed over on schedule. The residential property is already occupied by over 350 students starting the new term at university.

That in itself is pretty impressive, but it’s not only students who are now calling Nick Everton House home. A further 116 two bedroom apartments designed to provide local key workers (such as junior doctors and nurses), with affordable accommodation, are also proving to be extremely popular.
