The pre-existing yard, the swimming-pool and the shed set at the back of the plot are preserved by express wish of the owners. The layout of the floor plan is the direct result of the regulatory limits, except on the south side, where the house stops short to provide more space for the garden. In this way, the day zone shares the ground floor with the parking, which is incorporated into the functional layout of the dwelling.
