FXFOWLE is a thirty-year-old architectural, planning, urban design, interior
design firm with offices in New York City and Dubai. The firm’s work has
garnered international recognition for its design quality, technical innovation,
and environmental responsibility. FXFOWLE’s current select projects include
two master plans in the Waterfront by Nakheel; creating a vision concept
and master plan for the 212- hectare (524-acre) Central Business District
within a 809-hectare (2,000-acre) site near the city of Lucknow, India;
the renovation and expansion of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center
(with Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners and A. Epstein & Sons International);
India Tower, the tallest and greenest skyscraper in India; one of five
teams competing to develop Hudson Yards, New York’s largest brownfield
site; Eleven Times Square, a new 111,484-square-meter (1.2 million-square-foot)
projected LEED Gold-rated commercial office tower in New York City; a
