Eric Parry Architects has restored and revealed key elements of the historic interior of the church to create a high-quality space for arts and events within the listed building. A major new installation of solar panels provides a potential 30kWh of power generation capacity. Preparatory works for the installation of air source heat pumps help move St John’s towards the Church of England’s commitment to achieve net zero carbon by 2030.
