Latest Indiana Building Designs Global and International Studies Building, Indiana University Design: Susan Rodriguez/Ennead Architects image : Ennead Architects GISB Indiana University - 11 + 10 Jun 2013 The Global and International Studies Building (GISB) designed by Susan Rodriguez of Ennead Architects, in association with Browning Day Mullins Dierdorf, recently broke ground on the campus of Indiana University. With this inaugural home of IU’s School of Global and International Studies, the University takes a major step toward becoming a world leader in global studies, educating students to play key roles in solving critical global issues. Ruth Lilly Visitors Pavilion, Indianapolis Marlon Blackwell Architect, USA image from FD Indiana Building : latest design The Ruth Lilly Visitors Pavilion is the result of a studied relationship between building, land and art, and serves as both a threshold and a destination within the 100 Acres Art & Nature Park at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. An ipe screen lines a steel exoskeleton forming deck, wall and canopy, wrapping programmatic elements. The pavilion building is constructed to touch the landscape lightly and allow for the free flow of rain and filtered sunlight through the structure. Members of the Miller family donated the house and gardens, along with many of its original furnishings, to the Museum. Additionally, members of the Miller family and the Irwin-Sweeney-Miller Foundation have donated $5 million to establish an endowment for the house and surrounding grounds: Indiana Buildings We've selected what we feel are the key examples of Indiana Buildings, USA.
