Designed for an owner / occupier the development comprises a Penthouse Villa for family use, 8 rental apartments, a clubhouse with recreational facilities, an office suite and a small mosque.

Situated in Ikoyi, Lagos, the building is typical to the area in that it provides all of its own infrastructure, power generation, water purification, black water treatment etc. but atypical in the high quality architectural solution that it provides. The double height external living spaces of the penthouse provide a central organising space for the home that is protected from the tropical elements, the sun and rain, and a refuge from the frenetic pace of Lagos.

Access to the penthouse is separated from the access used by the rest of the apartments at the ground floor heightening the sense of refuge.
