Stewart Milne Developments acquires derelict Triple Kirks in Aberdeen from Esson Properties. Redevelopment as offices proposed.

Status: derelict since 1970's

Single building housing three churches for three congregations

History
Esson gained planning consent in 1999 for £11m redevelopment
Grade A office development proposed by Stewart Milne

Ed – One of my first jobs in an architect’s practice was drawing up Triple Kirks for William Cowie Partnership, that was back in 1989!
